Bird Country — 7pm

  • Al Whittle Theatre 450 Main Street Wolfville, NS, B4P 1E2 Canada (map)
Poster

On a rugged outcropping at the edge of the Atlantic ocean, millions of birds from across the hemisphere touch down each year; hungry, exhausted, and driven by instinct. For all we’ve learned, migration remains one of nature’s great mysteries.

Join us as we discover why Nova Scotia, part of the traditional territory of Mi’kma’ki, is a lifesaving layover on the vast Atlantic Flyway.

Bird Country is a story of survival, science, and shared responsibility; a love letter to birds; and a wake-up call for us all. Because if we can’t protect the smallest, lightest travelers among us, what hope do we have of protecting ourselves?
