THIRD PARTY RENTALS REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Many events at our venue are organized/hosted by third-party rentals. Third-party rentals are subject to their own refund policies. These will be listed on the event, when provided, or on their alternative ticket selling platform, as applicable.
ACC PRESENTED EVENTS REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If you are unable to use your tickets, you may:
1. Pass along your tickets to a friend. Please update the box office with the name of the new attendee by emailing manager@alwhittletheatre.ca with the event name and time in the subject line or forward your order confirmation email (contains order number) to the new attendee.
NOTE: We strongly recommend that you do not buy/sell event tickets on social media, due to the number of bots. If you choose to do this, you do so at your own risk.
OR
2. Contact manager@alwhittletheatre.ca 24 hours+ in advance of the event to receive the value of your tickets as a promo code, which can be applied to another ACC presented event in the future.
ACC PRESENTED EVENTS CANCELLATION POLICY
If an event must be canceled, we will first attempt to postpone and reschedule the event. Ticket holders will receive a cancellation notification via email or phone (as info provided at checkout), as well as shared on our social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram).
If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be transferred to the new date without any action required from you.
If the event cannot be postponed, and is canceled, you will receive the value of your tickets as a promo code that can be applied to another ACC presented event in the future.
ACC PRESENTED FREE EVENTS NO SHOW POLICY
If you register for a free event and are no longer able to attend, please advise by emailing manager@alwhittletheatre.ca so that your ticket can be made available to other community members on the waitlist or who have been otherwise unable to register.
In the event you register for three (3) free events and have not redeemed your tickets, and have not informed us via email of your non-attendance at least 24 hours in advance, you may be subject to registration restrictions for up to one (1) year.
